Women's labour force participation in 2022 is projected to remain below pre pandemic level in 169 countries and areas.
Aayush system include Ayurveda, yoga and naturopathy, Unani, siddha and Homeopathy. These system of medicines are traditional and very much accepted in the society. There are many reasons for the widespread acceptance of traditional system with respect to conventional system of medicine.
The main source of drugs in these traditional systems are plant,
animal products and minerals. This gives an easy and reliable access to the
people as most frequent illness could easly be cured from home itself. The
reliability of source of medicine is an important factor that push people
towards Ayush system while compared to allopathic medicines. As in allopathic
drugs the medicines are mostly synthetic chemicals, that too costlier compared
to other medicine make the people to approach these systems of medicine.
The medications provided by allopathic system concerns public due
to its side effects. This has created a dilemma to choose these medicines for
treatment. As there are more plant based preparation in tradition system public
is confident enough to take Ayush medicines.
Coming to the action of drugs the conventional system of medicine
usually prefer pathogen specific treatment. For bacterial disease they provide
antibiotic, for fungal disease they are using antifungals and when it comes to
disease of viral origin they use anti viral drugs. Those are very much specific
to each pathogen, when the pathogen is unknown the treatment protocol push them
to use an antibacterial or an anti protozoal drug for even a viral disease.
Recently during pandemic newly evolved Covid 19 virus made the
researchers to try an anti protozoal drug hydroxychloroquinine for treating
symptoms. Later studies prove that drugs did not do much benefit.
But when it comes to Ayush system the treatment is always symptoms
specific. This approach is what it makes traditional system eternal. There is
no delay in setting any treatment protocolt for new diseases since symptom
always be present. Adding to this the earliest papers of cure of covered
patients published was based on TCM that is traditional Chinese medicine. It
holds a proof that these systems workout brilliantly irrespective of type of
pathogen.
Coming to Ayush medication for postcovid fever and cold there are
available options at cheap cost in and around us.optimum intake of these
medicine can heels soon without much side effects. therefore it would be better
to choose Ayush medication for treatment of acute disease.

Anemia is a condition in which you lack enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your body's tissues. Having anemia, also referred to as low hemoglobin, can make you feel tiredglobin, and weak. There are many forms of anemia, each with its own cause. Recently published National Family Health Survey(NFHS 5) data shows people of all most all age group, especially women are vulnerable to anaemia in the country. The data reports that 67% of children below 59 months of age suffer from anaemia which is 9% more than what observed in previous survey. Adolescent girls belonging to the age group 15 years to 19 years is found to have 59% prevalence and that about 57% of reproductive women population (15 years to 49 years) also found to have low hemoglobin count than required which is 4% higher than previously reported
Some of the important contributors of this current situation includes malnutrition, lack of proper sanitation, locally endemic infectious diseases etc. Thus it is clearly understood that the problems regarding anemia cannot be covered by nearby medical supplementation
Keeping the policy apart, individuals can initiate some lifestyle modifications such as including micronutrient food in diet, maintaining proper sanitation for preventing intestine infections which create loss of essential nutrients etc. Without concious effort from individuals, state won't be able to create an impact on anaemia burden of the country.
